I’m usually not one to go ga-ga over cars from other markets, but the Jimny just has an, I don’t know, honesty about what it is and what it does.

Can you imagine if GM actually would have made something like this? They'd make millions

I’m a die-hard GM man, from day one. I (irrationally, I get it) fully believe that when you compare any GM vehicle to it’s direct competitor, it will always be prettier. I think the every V8 GM has made in my lifetime has been fantastic. The K5 beats the Bronco. Tahoe beats Expedition. Camaro beats Mustang. Hell, Cavalier beats Escort. It’s a disease, I know.
But dammit... I’d take that Jimny trucklet over EVERYTHING...
